H&S Holdings, through Atlantic Minerals SARL, operates one of Mauritania’s most significant phosphate mining projects across a 400 sq. km lease. With 166 million+ tonnes of proven reserves, our operations are structured under a 30-year renewable mining convention with the Government of Mauritania, which holds a 20% equity stake. Target Output: 1.5 million tonnes/year of 32% grade rock phosphate Status: Feasibility, JORC report, and beneficiation studies completed Impact: Food security, fertilizer production, job creation in Brakna and Gorgole regions

Our gold mining operation spans 6 sq. km of permitted land in Mauritania. The plant is currently under construction and designed to process 250 TPD (tonnes per day) of gold ore with high efficiency.
